Kellen Oberts joined Pacific Crest Consultants in 2021 and quickly established himself as the go-to person for complicated and unique permitting projects.
Kellen has obtained permits for projects of all sizes: From a revocable permit for street work in front of a house to a building permit (and related permits) for one of the largest frozen food distribution plants in the West Coast. Kellen is also adept at working with project contractors after the initial permits are pulled to file for and obtain deferred submittal permits, supplemental permits and Certificates of Occupancy.
Kellen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. Previously, Kellen owned his own creative services company designing and developing websites for clients throughout the US. In his free time, Kellen enjoys spending time traveling with his family, fly fishing, and wine tasting.
