Pacific Crest Consultants has permitted a lot of unique buildings and operations in our 40+ year history in Los Angeles. But we recently permitted a new “first”: A temporary, high-end coffee tasting experience or coffee omakase.
The Blue Bottle Studio is the brainchild of Blue Bottle founder James Freeman (pictured above). We were honored when Blue Bottle reached out to us to help them with permitting the private, limited-time-only experience in a vacant dry cleaning store in West Hollywood in time for their opening late last month.
Thankfully, we had a lot of great tasting coffee to power us through plan-check and site inspections!
