Aaron Mendelsohn recently joined the PCC team as a Project Manager.
Aaron has 6+ years of experience in managing projects around the greater Los Angeles area and across the country. Among the projects he has overseen: a 450-unit, mixed-use TOD on Metro’s Bunker Hill property in DTLA, an affordable and market-rate residential project near LA Live, multifamily and single-family home projects in Northern California, and mixed-use developments on YMCA properties around the country.
Aaron is serving as project manager for several PCC clients, including a new drive-thru restaurant in the South Valley, a new spa in the Arts District, and the adaptive reuse of a historic building in downtown LA for affordable housing.
Aaron is a UCLA grad. In addition to his real estate work, Aaron is a successful screenwriter and Professor of Screenwriting at Loyola Marymount University.
