Aaron specializes in project management for Pacific Crest Consultants’ clients bringing his wealth of experience to the team from design consultation to construction management. Before joining PCC, Aaron ran the Los Angeles division of a nationwide development firm that specializes in residential real estate ventures in partnership with cities, institutions and nonprofits. Aaron’s experience included overseeing mixed-use residential projects with LA Metro (450 unit high-rise with 25% affordable in DTLA), the First United Methodist Church (300 unit high-rise with 20% affordable in DTLA), the United Food & Concession Workers (UFCW) union (237 unit mid-rise with 20% affordable in Koreatown), the American Legion (264 unit mid-rise with 20% affordable for veterans in Redwood City), and the YMCA (multiple residential projects in Burbank, Denver, Charlotte, Detroit, Chattanooga and Greenville, SC).
Before becoming a project manager and real estate developer, Aaron was a Hollywood screenwriter and seven-term board member and officer of the Writers Guild of America West. He lives in Studio City and is a proud dad to his two adult daughters, Juliana and Tessa.
