PCC is excited to announce that Dina Elkinawy has joined Pacific Crest Consultants as a Principal Project Manager.
Dina comes to us from the LADBS Board of Building & Safety Commissioners office, where she was the supervising engineer. As the manager of the BBSC office, Dina has worked with top officials across the city for projects being heard before the board while overseeing a staff of a half-dozen engineers and secretarial staff.
Dina also served as a Case Manager with LADBS, facilitating projects through review and permitting for architects, property owners and their permit/land-use consultants.
Dina has already started helping clients to review preliminary plans, interpret Building Code questions, and expedite projects in cities around Los Angeles County and northern Orange County.
Dina has Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of California, Irvine. She is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and a California Building Plans examiner.
