Catie Parker – a project assistant from previous summers – rejoined PCC this summer in a new role: Project Administrator.
As such, Catie is helping PCC HQ staff with company-wide programs and initiatives. She has also taken over PCC’s social media outreach.
Before returning to PCC, Catie spent a year in Taiwan as a Fullbright Fellow, teaching English language and American culture in Taiwan while learning Chinese (her third language).
In June 2023, she graduated from UCSB with a double-major of Communications and Political Science while receiving the University Award of Distinction. During the school year, she was the Administrative Coordinator at the Women’s Center and President of the National Honors Fraternity.
She is the youngest daughter of Jennifer and Chris Parker and youngest granddaughter of Deborah and John Parker, PCC’s co-owners.
