Los Angeles Closing City Offices on Election Day

kellen / October 23, 2020

All city offices will be closed on Election Day (Nov. 3) and all employees will have the day off, according to Los Angeles Department of Building & Safety. Mayor Garcetti and the 10 major city employee unions negotiated a deal earlier this month that makes Nov. 3 a furlough day as part of their recent negotiations to address the city’s pandemic-impacted budget.

Pacific Crest Consultants believes this election is too important to sit out. We are incentivizing our employees and independent consultants to vote and help others vote with voter bonuses for voting and full days of pay for volunteering.
