With exceptions, the order requires that all persons living within the City of Los Angeles remain in their homes and all business are to cease operations that require in-person attendance by workers at a workplace. On the list of essential business is “professional services such as legal, leasing and real estate transaction, payroll or accounting services, when necessary to assist in the permitting, inspection, construction, transfer and recording of ownership of housing.”

Our industry is once again singled out as exempt. In addition, government staff will continue to work while following current safety protocols. Pacific Crest Consultants remains committed to the safety and well-being of our employees while we continue to serve our clients in our vital industry.
