Cathy Medina is a Director at Pacific Crest Consultants and one of the most experienced permit consultants in Los Angeles. She has worked on a variety of commercial, office, restaurants and residential projects for PCC’s clients since she joined in 2007.
Cathy has been the lead permit expediter for hundreds of clients and projects in the city of Los Angeles. Recent high-profile clients include Facebook’s new R&D facility in Van Nuys, several art galleries on Highland, and Planet Fitness’ expansion into the Los Angeles marketplace. Cathy is also regularly obtaining permits for Hollywood celebrity homes and other high-end estates.
In addition to her daily work with staff and supervisors at LADBS, Cathy also regularly obtains permits and approvals from the Los Angeles County Health Department, Los Angeles Fire Department, Los Angeles Department of Public Works, and the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power.
