As shoppers fill local malls and stores, PCC takes pride in knowing that we helped several retailers and restauranteurs open new stores and eateries and/or refresh their existing stores/restaurants during this past year.
The most recent Grand Opening occurred on Black Friday, when Venice-based American Beauty opened its newest steakhouse at the Grove and Win-Dow Burgers next door. PCC consultants May and Lauryn (left) were instrumental in getting the restaurants’ permits in time.
Earlier this year (and across the street), PCC obtained the permits needed for Coolkicks to open a flagship store at the Original Farmers Market.
In Beverly Hills, PCC was proud to be the permitting partner of the latest flagship Aesop store.
