Jeff Allen recently joined the PCC team as a Sr. Project Manager.
Jeff has approximately 20 years of experience obtaining entitlements and building permits in the city of Los Angeles. The first decade of his career was spent as a planner at Planning Associates Inc. where he learned entitlements from Tom Stemnock, a former Zoning Administrator in the City Planning Department. Jeff’s career shifted to permitting over the last several years, and he has obtained permits for large multi-family developments, airport terminals, adaptive reuse projects, and sound stages.
Jeff has already assisted PCC clients with multi-family permitting, due diligence for affordable housing projects at several locations around Los Angeles County, and a lounge upgrade at LAX.
Jeff graduated from Cal State Northridge with a BS in Urban Studies and Planning, a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning.
