Pacific Crest Consultants is proud to be the permitting and entitlement firm for the new St. Vincent Behavioral Health Campus, which will eventually provide job training, 800 beds and a variety of medical services to homeless Angelenos and those at risk of homelessness.

PCC has already obtained multiple permits and entitlements for the site, which is located in LA’s Westlake neighborhood just west of downtown Los Angeles. The hospital — L.A.’s first, founded by the Daughters of Charity in 1856 — has been closed since 2020.
