The Directors will take leadership roles in their areas of expertise, working with other PCC consultants and project teams to plan, submit and expedite approvals for our clients.

They are naturally inclined to help others. They are organized and they regularly provide expert consulting to dozens of projects simultaneously.

Pacific Crest Consultants is a full-service entitlement and land-use consulting firm based in Los Angeles but with projects from Oceanside in San Diego County to Santa Ynez in Santa Barbara County, and most cities and counties in between. PCC has obtained entitlements and permits for residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and mixed-use projects for its clients for 50+ years.
