We recently helped 10 Speed Coffee obtain permits and the final Certificate of Occupancy for its first LA store, which is located in the Sawtelle area of West Los Angeles. We were very familiar with 10 Speed’s first store since it’s just a few minutes from our HQ (and a great place for casual meetings) Congratulations, 10 Speed!
